  • 2023: The average price of forest carbon removal credits ranged between $8 and $40 per ton.
  • 2024: Forest carbon removal credits increased, with some credits reaching over $50 a ton.
  • Long-Term Projections (2030 and beyond) :

Demand for naturebased solutions grows and prices for high-quality forest carbon removal credits will rise even further, potentially exceeding $100 per ton by 2030.
